So, you have to understand what you should be focusing on.

The most important thing to consider is the type of software that you will be using for your webinar promotion campaign.

Sixth, make sure that your website address is readily available. You may have a large list of customers, but they may not have an email address or they may not have access to the webinar software that you have used. Seventh, never use autoresponders or scripts. Using scripts or autoresponders you might get lucky and get one customer to buy your webinar promotion package, but that person will never hear from you again because you have not responded to them. therefore you have lost them forever.
