While these professionals may not be skilled to make structural changes, they are definitely skilled enough to make aesthetic changes. Whether or not they want to obtain any further training beyond what they already have is entirely up to them.
Another reason this is important is because some professionals already perform remodeling and may need additional training to qualify as an estimated cost estimator. If they need additional legal eagle training, they should contact their states Bar Association and see if they need to meet additional requirements. The better-trained these remodelers are, the more likely they will be able to get additional estimate jobs. After all, without good estimating skills, any remodeling job would be a very difficult process to complete!
